This ALL STEEL fender will give you the look of a slammed hot rod! The 16-21" versions will also give you more clearance between the fender and bottom triple tree / engine guard to avoid denting your fender when you hit a huge pothole. We start with original HD fenders and weld in our laser cut fender brackets and then grind the welds smooth. This lowers the fender about 1.25" lower than stock for the 16-18" tires. Our fender for the 21" tire is repositioned to provide equal tire to fender clearance and is also lowered slightly. The 23" version is raised to clear the larger 23" tire. (Suspension limiters for 23" applications available soon). Both fenders have had the front of the fender brought down so it is parallel with the ground. The stock rivets have also been eliminated which leaves the fender sides totally smooth. Available for 16-18 inch, 21 inch, and now in 23 inch versions that are smooth with no holes whatsoever (like on a Street Glide). The 23 inch version is shipped with the mounting brackets loose so that the brackets can be welded in to compensate for raked frame applications.
WE ARE NOW OFFERING A STRETCHED TAIL OPTION FOR ANY OF THESE FRONT FENDERS! To stretch the tail will cost an ADDITIONAL $275.00 due to the amount of metal fabrication involved in adding to the tail.
Please call if you want a fender with a stretched tail other than the lengths listed. Billet aluminum mounting spacers with a raw machined finish are included, but gloss black powder coated or chrome spacers are available for additional cost. These fenders fit all Harley touring models from 1987-present.
