21 inch XL Banana Boards - Chrome or Black
These American made oversize 21" long XL drivers floorboards look cool, offer more foot placement choices, and actually increase lean angle when cornering. The extra 2" on these boards compared to the 19" bananas is all in the front of the board. Notice how the front of the board follows the same angle as the HD engine guard. We offer these with or without rivets and in a chrome or gloss black powder-coated finish. These boards are constructed of billet aluminum with a vibration absorbing rubber insert. These boards will bolt on directly in place of your stock boards on 1980 - present HD touring models and 1986 - present Softail models originally equipped with floorboards. (Shorter 19" & 14" drivers Banana floorboards are also available in another listing on this site)
***We only stock these boards WITHOUT rivets. Boards WITH rivets are special order and will take about a week in most cases to receive.
We prefer to use the rivet-less style Banana boards with the PM shift and brake arms, and PM rubber pegs which we offer elsewhere on this site. (The pattern on the rubber insert of the Banana boards is almost a perfect match to the PM pegs and grips) This will give you that clean and simple, less is more style that people will notice. Check out the bikes in the pics to see what we mean.
If you choose the riveted style Banana boards, then Banana style riveted shift pegs, brake pedal pad, passenger floorboards, sport banana boards that mount with a standard foot-peg style male mount are also available if you prefer this style. See the menu below to add these optional items. These add-on items are also available without the rivets if you prefer the Banana accessories with your rivet-less Banana drivers boards. If you choose rivet-less drivers boards, you will get rivet-less accessories from the menus below. (For instance, riveted drivers boards would get riveted accessories.)
Note* The Passenger floorboards are made to bolt to the stock HD floorboard housings. When they are in the up position, you will still see the original HD floorboard housing.
